Our Pilates instructors are great in Identifying your specific problem and they address it during the class .
It might be that you have a weak core muscles or you are not efficiently activating specific muscle groups.
They will be able to address that during the class.
Pilates is also a great class to start with for people that have never exercised before.
It is low impact and focus mainly on body weight exercise .
Some people chose to practice Pilates to recover from injury or to focus on strengthening the pelvic floor muscles which are usually getting weaker after pregnancy.
