Maxim Minin, founder of Fitness in Motion knows that getting fit isn’t just about losing weight. For most people, there’s a lot more to it than simply dropping pounds as there is often many symptoms they are dealing with and reasons beyond vanity why it might be so important. Maxim is used to working with clients from all kinds of backgrounds, most of them just like you, with busy family and work lives or those who want to get fit because of health risks or to manage already existing conditions.

Maxim has skills and experience in fitness from a variety of practices, including martial arts like Tai Chi, Brasilian Jiu-Jitsu and Pikiti Tirsia Kali. He recently came first in the HK Kali Brotherhood competition and regularly trains with Chris Collins, a Hong-Kong-based Martial Arts choreographer and actor. So, you know that you are in very good hands when you start your fitness journey with a reputable trainer!
