Those classes are focused to improve functional movement patterns and develop vast understanding of how to perform exercise in the most efficient way.
The classes are fun and each class is different from one another – sometimes focused on Cardio , sometimes core strengthening and stability and sometime circuit training or resistance and suspension training – You never know what is coming .

No matter if you want to lose weight , prevent and relief back pain or simply looking to improve your physical condition – those are the classes for you!

In order to make them as efficient as possible to our clients the bootcamp sessions are limited fro 10 participants only so each one will get his personal attention, focus and corrections.
