Muay Thai, sometimes referred to as “Thai boxing”, is a martial art and combat sport that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This discipline is known as the “art of eight limbs” as it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees and shins.

Our classes are thought by professional instructors and Muay Thai fighters and will teach you everything you need to know from the basics.
We will teach you how to punch, kick , move properly and classes will include pad work , punching bag exercise, conditioning and Muay Thai technics and combinations .
