This discipline is known as the “art of eight limbs” as it is characterised by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees and shins.
Our instructors here in Fitness in Motion are experienced fighters and they will teach you everything you need to know even if you are a complete begginer .
All the classes will include specific conditioning , technical training , punching bag work , pad work and light sparings .
