Habits of Health system was created by Dr. Wayne Scott Andersen. ( Dr. A )
Dr. A left his practice as critical care physician to create a new , better and more efficient way to help people transform their well being .
He have realised that as a doctor – he gets patients AFTER they already managed to screw up their health by unhealthy diet , poor choices and bad habits .
Many times his patients were people that are already obese , developed type 2 diabetes or started develop cardiovascular problems .
Needless to say that weight loss for them was a life saving action !
His concept with Habits of Health system is simple .
Guide and support people through a SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN , DUMMY PROOF and EFFECTIVE nutrition and wellness transformation program.
