Our classes schedule start from 6 AM and Ends up 10 PM with FULL DAY of activities!

Here at Fitness in Motion our mission is to make families healthier and fitter.
We are doing so by providing class for all ages through the day so no matter if you are a working parent that want to join a boot camp in the morning or one of our boxing or Muay Thai classes , a stay at home mother that want to practice yoga , pilates or aerial yoga OR are looking for activities for the kids like Capoeira , Boxing , Brazilian Jiu Jitsu , Gymnastics etc…  we got you covered !

From personal training perspective, we are dedicated to help you see and experience the results that you always wanted. We’ll show you how to change your lifestyle habit by habit so you can overcome the roadblocks that stopped you in the past to achieve your desired fitness goals. We know that it can be hard to motivate yourself to workout, especially once you have to look after a family and have a busy work schedule, but that will be made a whole lot easier when you join an active community !
