Question: Are all packages shareable between family members?
Answer : Yes — every package is 100% shareable!
One membership covers parents, siblings, and kids across Tung Chung Flagship (adults + kids) and Sheung Wan Central . This is the biggest saving for Hong Kong families.
Question : What’s the difference between Tung Chung and Sheung Wan pricing?
Answer : Tung Chung packages include full adult and kids access in Tung Chung branch only , while Sheung Wan Central packages are open for both adults and kids classes in BOTH branches . Both follow the same family-shareable policy for maximum value.
Question :Do you offer a free trial before buying a package?
Answer : Yes! Every new family gets a trial class (one per person) with no commitment. Our special trial rate is $200 in both locations and on package purchase within 24 hours after trial - the $200 will be deducted from chosen package pricing

Question : How long are the class packages valid?
Answer : Validity ranges from 30 days (Starter/Momentum) up to 90 days (Pro/Elite ).
This flexibility suits busy Hong Kong families and gives plenty of time to train consistently.
Packages duration can't be extended and unused credits might be reactivated with additional cost
Question : Is there a discount for multiple children or larger families?
Answer : Our family-shareable policy is the discount — one package covers everyone instead of separate memberships.
