KIDS Boxing Classes

Boxing classes for children in Tung Chung and Sheung Wan introduce young ones to the fundamentals of this exciting sport in a safe, non-contact environment focused on fun and skill-building. Kids learn proper punching techniques, footwork, and coordination while building physical fitness and endurance.
